A Special Note for ES Service Providers:
Employment Service (ES) clients can be referred directly into our Skills Link program without needing to close their file in EOIS CaMS. ES referring agencies are expected to continue providing case management support for participants during clients’ involvement in the program.
Youth Collaboration/Job Central does NOT provide case management services, however, Youth Collaboration staff will communicate updates throughout the participant’s involvement with the program to the referring agency. Updates will address key points such as: status of carrying through with action plans, job goals, attendance, punctuality, attitude and motivation, in addition to placement feedback, if applicable.
