Involvement Opportunity – YRU

Youth Radio United is a youth-led, youth-produced and youth-engaged radio show that spotlights the stories of young people.

We are looking for eight young people, who live in the Greater Toronto Area, to take part in a radio/podcast production group! You will develop content for the radio show/podcast and share your experience and expertise with the group and the public.

If you are under the age of 24 and have experience or interest in:
Radio/Podcasts/Production/Editing;
Working in a team;
Producing radio shows;
Sharing ideas and views for the purpose of promoting positive change;
Lived experience in:
Youth Justice (custody, courts, police, probation);
Mental Health;
Child welfare;
Special needs;
First Nations.
Then we would like to hear from you!

A meal and honorarium will be provided at each meeting. Meetings will be held at the Ryerson University Student Centre.
