NPower Canada – Customer Care Professional – Program Overview

We have the program just for them! NPower Canada’s next Customer Care Professional Program (formerly Contact Centre Professional) begins August 21st and is filling up quick!

How is NPower different? We’re focused on results, and with 80% of our alumni landing meaningful careers after completing the program, we’re thrilled to see the positive impacts of this experience.

To be eligible, youth must: ·        Be between 18-29
·        Have completed high school/GED
·        Be legally entitled to work in Canada
·        Be motivated to start working as a Call Centre Agent
·        Want to enter an entry-level career with options for growth
